Teriyaki Glazed Hawaiian Burgers

Yield:  6 Burgers


  • 3 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 6 Slices Honey Ham
  • 6 Slices Pineapple Rings
  • 6 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 6 Slices Red Onion
  • 6 Hamburger Buns

Teriyaki Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice


  1. Mix the ground beef, ginger, garlic salt, and soy sauce in a bowl.  Divide mixture into 6 equal parts and press these out into flat hamburger patties.
  2. Cook on grill until done, basting with teriyaki glaze while you cook them.  Reserve unused glaze.
  3. Grill pineapple rings and buns to get nice grill marks.
  4. Serve patties and pineapple rings on buns with swiss cheese, red onion, honey ham, lettuce, and drizzle with a little of the reserved glaze.
